One story that we’re keen to pursue is around a Contact tree planting day that’s happening somewhere near Taupo on Thursday 26 August. We’ll be finding out more about this in the coming days/next week but it’ll involve a group of Contact employees who will be working at our new power station being built called Tauhara, and school kids who are part of the ‘Kids Greening Taupo’ programme that we sponsor, planting 10,000 trees.
